The story
Helping leaders navigate change with confidence
I've spent 20 years working at the intersection of strategy and execution — helping leadership teams in organisations of all sizes close the gap between what they intend and what actually happens.
I've founded five businesses, led transformation programmes in global organisations, and trained thousands of people on OKRs, agile ways of working, and better leadership practices.
My work sits across three areas: accelerating delivery, streamlining operations, and turning strategy into action. Underpinning all of it is a five-stage framework I call the Strategy to Execution System — built from years of working out what actually makes change stick.
I believe the gap between strategy and execution is usually a system problem, not a people problem. Fix the system and the people can do their best work.
